*Job Title: Painter/Handyman*
*Job Overview:*We are seeking a skilled and versatile Painter/Handyman to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in both interior and exterior painting, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and quality workmanship.
In addition to painting, the candidate should possess a broad range of handyman skills, including but not limited to drywall repair, minor plumbing fixes (leaking sinks, toilet repair), flooring install, etc.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our clients' spaces.
*Responsibilities:*
*Painting:*
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications and color theory
- Install and maintain fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, and hardware
- Perform remodeling tasks such as removing old wallpaper or replacing damaged drywall
- Use power tools and equipment to assist with painting and labor tasks
- Restore surfaces by repairing or replacing damaged areas
- Assist with trim carpentry work, including installing baseboards, crown molding, and window casings
- Build scaffolding or other temporary structures to reach high areas for painting
*Handyman Services:*
Perform drywall repairs, including patching holes, smoothing surfaces, and matching textures.
Address minor plumbing issues, such as fixing leaking sinks and repairing toilets.
Handle basic floor repairs, including tile replacement and laminate floor fixes.
Conduct general maintenance tasks as required.
*Client Interaction:*
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their painting and handyman needs.
Provide estimates for projects, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
*Time Management:*
Manage work schedules efficiently to complete projects within deadlines.
Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
*Experience:*
Proven experience in both interior and exterior painting.
Demonstrated skills in drywall repair, plumbing fixes, basic floor repairs, light framing, and other handyman experience.
*Versatility:*
Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects.
Familiarity with a range of tools and equipment used in painting and handyman work.
*Attention to Detail:*
Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
*Communication Skills:*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical details to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
*Reliability:*
Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic.

Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
*Qualifications:*
* *MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION *
* *Access to company truck at times, but must have reliable transportation of your own.
