Site Surveyor

Site Surveyor: (Pay Range $15-$23Per Hour) ADT Solar is seeking a Site Surveyor/ Home Energy Auditor.
The ADT Solar Site Surveyor/Site Surveyor is responsible for educating homeowners about cost-effective energy measures to make their homes more efficient, resolving any present comfort issues, and gathering photos and information about the house to facilitate proper Solar PV System design specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities Conduct home energy efficiency assessments in residential homes, entering attics, basements, and crawlspaces (with necessary safety measures) Evaluate and perform air sealing, duct sealing, and insulation installation, as well as Installing water heater blankets Perform a comprehensive site survey/analysis of the home to support the design and installation of a solar PV system Including photos, diagrams, field measurements, drones (if applicable), and general documentation associated with the solar project Work independently to conduct energy audits and site surveys Driving/traveling to the customer site location Conduct site survey promptly between contract signature and design phase of installation Take quality photographs of the job site and roofs Measure and evaluate roofs for structural integrity If needed, measure for trench If needed, survey & photograph the garage and surrounding area for battery placement If needed, Drone usage Assess energy efficiency in residential homes, including but not limited to; Interacting with the customer Entering attics, basements, and crawlspaces (with adequate safety protocols) Performing a comprehensive assessment/audit of the residence, including gathering photos Recommending energy-saving measures Conducting energy usage data calculations Completing corresponding documentation and recording findings electronically Install instant savings measures such as air sealing, duct sealing, and water heater blankets Install Blown-in insulation to reach a minimum R-Value Maintain accurate supply inventory every week Qualifications & Requirements Must be a motivated team player looking to succeed 1+ years of experience in Construction (recommend) Ability to use and operate drone (recommend) Ability to use and operate camera and technology savvy (required) Ability to perform physical requirements of the project Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Professional appearance, with excellent verbal and written communication skills What’s in it for You?
