The Position: We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to extend the life of all assets and installations under their responsibility ensuring optimum levels of availability at the lowest total cost of ownership.
The Reliability Engineer will interact with all functions and levels in the facility to deliver reliability, supporting the need to increase asset performance to meet/outperform output and quality targets.

Responsibilities:
Conducting reliability analysis to identify potential failure modes and developing strategies to address them.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability measures into the design and manufacturing processes.
Implementing reliability testing protocols and monitoring systems to evaluate product performance under various conditions.
Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive maintenance plans.
Investigating and resolving reliability issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborating with design and development teams to incorporate reliability considerations from the early stages of product development.
Developing and maintaining reliability documentation, including reports, procedures, and specifications.
Providing training and support to team members on reliability-related matters.
Staying current with industry best practices, standards, and technologies related to reliability engineering.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of reliability principles, statistical analysis, and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).
Proficiency in reliability software tools and data analysis techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
PAY RANGE: $70,400 - $88,000
17% DISCRETIONARY TARGET BONUS
