One of the fastest growing roofing brands in the Midwest is looking to add a Sales Representative/Project Manager to our Peoria team.
In this role, you are responsible for overseeing our crews and workmanship, in addition to identifying potential customers within neighborhoods by assessing their home exterior and pitching free, no obligation inspections.
*This is an onsite position and requires employees to travel to and from permitted neighborhoods.

*General Responsibilities*
* Manage builds
* Oversee crews
* Communicate progress with homeowners
* Complete final quality checks and walk through with homeowner
* Pitch potential customers on free, no obligation inspection of either roofing, siding or gutters
* Other duties as required
*Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAOs)*
* *Construction-background required *(roofing-specific background preferred)
* Basic knowledge of building materials from brands such as James Hardie, CertainTeed, Mastic, Atlas, and GAF
* Relationship Building and Customer Service Skills
* Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills
* Attention to detail and Organization Skills
* Valid drivers license and clean history, preferably with own vehicle for traveling
*Experience/Education Requirements*
* Ability to read, write and perform basic math
* Previous sales experience preferred, exterior home remodeling a plus
*Physical Requirements*
* Must be able to walk/travel within neighborhoods to assess potential homes
* Must be able to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
00 - $70,000.
00 per year
