*Position Overview:* As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our success by ensuring seamless operations and outstanding customer experiences.
*Hours:* This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday with the hours of 8am to 5pm; 1 hour lunch
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Schedule service, measurement, and installation appointments by engaging with clients.
* Resolve customer concerns with a focus on clarifying and addressing issues promptly.
* Manage customer accounts and update the I.
T.
system for accurate record-keeping.
* Collaborate with field staff and various departments to contribute to team results.
* Receive, assemble, file, and organize job packets
* Complete necessary paperwork, and handle data entry for permits and purchasing.
* Process payments for services and contracts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Communicate daily work and customer expectations to Installation Companies.
* Provide assistance to customers over the phone and email, delivering exceptional service.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to multitask effectively.
* Team player mindset.
* Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
*Preferred Skill Set:*
* Entrepreneurial Spirit.
* Home improvement/construction industry experience (although not necessary).
