com/ Your primary responsibility will be to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all work is done within budget and in compliance with current building codes.
You will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to manage material procurement, labor activities, and construction schedules.
You will also need to maintain quality execution and cleanliness on the job site, ensuring that all work is done in compliance with relevant building and safety codes.

Specific Responsibilities: Promote job site safety and enforce site safety policies Use project scope of work to determine the best plan to complete each task effectively Coordinate material procurement to minimize running around for materials Manage construction schedule and activities to ensure timely completion Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Maintain quality execution and cleanliness on the job site Coordinate efforts between designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project management Position Requirements: 3-5 years relevant supervisor experience Good working knowledge of construction practices, tools, terminology, and safety precautions Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, sub-contractors, and other team members Highly organized and systematic Strong leadership abilities Creative problem-solver with good troubleshooting skills Ability to understand construction documents and plans Salary and Benefits: Full time Salary $30-35 per hour, depending on Experience Phone/ Technology Stipend Vacation, Holidays Transportation Stipend Optional Medical Reimbursement Plan Retirement (Simple IRA plan available) Additional Benefits Phone/ Technology Stipend Vacation, Holidays Transportation Stipend Optional Medical Reimbursement Plan Retirement (Simple IRA plan available)
