*Responsibilities*:
* Assist property managers with day-to-day operations, including tenant communications, lease administration, and rent collection.
* Conduct property inspections and document findings accurately.
* Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Aid in the marketing and leasing of available properties, including drafting listings and conducting property showings.
* Support financial processes such as budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping, filing, and data entry.
* Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
