Leasing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced multifamily leasing agent or skilled salesperson to quickly increase occupancy at a large residential community.
*Necessary Skills:* - Keeping a sales funnel organized and knowing when and how to follow-up with prospects.
- Accurately report leasing numbers, traffic patterns and variables.
- Team collaboration and communication.
*Responsibilities:* - Assist other leasing team members with tours, follow-up and compiling leases.
- Maintaining a clean and attractive tour path at the community.
