*Property Manager *
We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8 and Fair Housing laws.
*Responsibilities:*
* Foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with staff, residents, vendors, and associated agencies;
* Adhere to timely completion of required reports to client, mgmt.
company and applicable agencies;
* Ensure sufficient resident programs are available to the residents;
* Prepare and monitor operating and capital budgets;
* Ensure all routine, preventative and non-routine maintenance is prioritized and scheduled;
* Enforce and adhere to company policies, rules, safety practices and regulations;
* Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards;
*Qualifications:*
* At least 2 years of experience in property management
* Affordable Housing experience - required
* Industry Certifications - preferred but not required
* Must be organized, efficient, and have excellent follow-up and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledgeable and skilled in the required software programs specific to property management.
* Must have the ability to supervisor employees, contractors and vendors.

Pay: $50,000.
00 - $65,000.
